SDC offers several different dental plan options to fit your group’s needs and budget.
Standard Dental Plans
We offer underwritten fully-funded dental plans to groups of over 50 enrolled employees. Choose the covered services, benefit levels, coverage in and out of network, etc. to fit the unique needs and budget of your group.
Administrative Services Only (ASO)
Our self-funded administrative services only (ASO) option can offer cost savings to employers since they assume the financial risk. Like our standard plans, our ASO option is completely customizable and includes access to one of the largest dental networks in the country.
Fit 500 Dental Plans
SDC’s Fit 500 dental plans provide a lower-cost option to employees who don’t need or can’t afford comprehensive coverage. These plans are a great solution for keeping dental in as a stand-alone benefit when funds are limited and can also be offered to employees as an affordable alternative to a richer dental plan already in place.
Small Group Dental Plans
SDC’s Small Group plans offer superior rates to groups of 2-50 enrolled employees through a larger community rating pool. Go to the Small Group Center for more information.
Superior Wellness Bundles
SDC offers Superior Vision plans through our exclusive Superior Wellness Bundles.
